On April 17.2024, the unique ARD tragicomedy “Meine Freundin Volker / My girlfriend Volker” won the Jupiter Award for Best National Television Film. Patricia Walczak created the costume design for the project. The well-known actor Axel Milberg played the remarkable role of drag queen Vivian.
This year, Patricia Walczak has conceptualized and realized the costume design for the ARD Degeto drama series “Made in Germany”. Produced by Studio Zentral, the project unfolds through diverse narratives, shedding light on various aspects of post-migrant experiences.
Three new episodes of USEDOM KRIMI will have their television premiere on ARD in November 2023 – “Friedhof der Welpen” on 09.11.23, “Die Geburt der Drachenfrau” on 16.11.23, and “Schlepper” on 23.11.23. Patricia Walczak planned and crafted the production design over a span of 2.5 months, discovering nearly all film motifs in Poland and Germany.
